CEO of the Squared Network
My name is Nick and I am so excited for this summer! I am a graduate from the University of Virginia and previous consultant at Bain & Company. I have been involved with Squared affiliate program, [HS]2 for 10 years prior to starting The Squared Network. In my free time you can find me running, biking, and playing any and all instruments!

Hi all! I am so excited to welcome you all to campus this summer as your Executive Director. I am an Alum of a Squared Affiliated Program, [HS]2, previous Civil Engineer and Classroom Teacher. In my free time you can find me acting and singing!

Chief of Staff and TA
Hi everyone! My name is Chris Sedlacek, and I am the Chief of Staff at the Squared Network and a Teaching Assistant at Squared x Kent this summer. I am currently on externship from Bain & Company, where I have been on a variety of projects across education, retail, healthcare, industrials and private equity. I graduated from The University of Virginia in 2022 with a degree in Finance & Management from the McIntire school. In my free time, I like to track airplanes on FlightRadar24 and read about agriculture. I am excited to be a part of the team at The Kent School this summer!

Administrator and Active Instructor
Gonzalo del Real is a 25+ year veteran of the classroom, having taught in public, parochial, private day and boarding schools. He has undergraduate and graduate studies in Spanish literature and secondary education. "Profe", as his students call him, is an avid life-long learner, a fan of Tolkien, a Star Wars nerd, and a trained operatic singer.

Pre-Calc & Calc Teacher
My name is Ahmed Hussein, and here is a little bit about me: I was born in Somaliland (northern region of Somalia). I grew up and went to school there. I came to the States in my junior year of high school where I attended Worcester Academy. I later went to Texas Christian University (TCU) for college and majored in mathematics. I am currently teaching math at Canterbury School in New Milford, Connecticut. I love teaching and working with students. I can’t wait to get to know everyone this summer.

Arleene is excited to be joining Squared x Kent as our leadership and culture intern. She is currently a student at the University of Pennsylvania and is studying computer and IT management.

Algebra II Teacher
My name is Bella and I am so excited for this summer! I went to the University of Michigan (go blue!) where I majored in Computer Science. After graduating I moved to Boston to work in Consulting. I have spent the last year involved with the Squared Network and am very excited to join you all as a faculty member this summer!

STEM 1 Teacher
Carlos Bezerra is the director of the engineering program at Kent School and member of the mathematics faculty. He has a B.S. in Chemical Engineering and an MBA from universities in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, his hometown. He enjoys pursuing a healthy lifestyle and is a big fan of Brazilian Soccer. Mr. Bezerra lives on campus with his wife and his two children.

Hi Everyone! My name is Carlos Vallejo, and I’m originally from Fort Worth, TX. I graduated from the University of Tulsa in 2022 with a B.S. in Exercise & Sports Science, where I had incredible experiences in rehabilitation sciences, campus leadership, and developed a love for challenging situations. After graduation, I decided to put my healthcare journey on hold to dive into the challenging world of B2B sales. There, I helped connect corporations with their direct buyers through hosted buyer conferences. As an alum of the (HS)2 Class of 2018, I'm absolutely thrilled to be part of the first summer of the Squared x Kent School. I can't wait to meet all of you, support your academic goals, and create some unforgettable memories together!

I am looking forward to creating a fun and comfortable atmosphere where students feel safe to confide in me and enjoy their time together. I strive to foster a space where students can thrive both academically and personally, ensuring they have the support they need to succeed.

College Counselor
Hello, My name is Langston Ross, and I'm from Detroit, MI. I'm a proud alum of the University of South Carolina. I started my professional career at Rice University as an admission counselor. After spending two years at Rice, I transitioned to the "high school" side. I've worked as a college advisor at four different schools in three states for twelve years. I have a wife and a daughter, and we are expecting a second child in August! I love seafood, and my dream job is to be the General Manager for the Detroit Pistons.

Hi guys, I'm Megan, a recent college graduate from Temple University! In college, I studied Psychology and Criminal Justice. Along with school, I kept myself busy by joining the run club and teaching swim lessons at the YMCA. I enjoyed teaching and sharing my love of swimming with my students at the YMCA, inspiring me to pursue teaching opportunities. As someone who grew up in the suburbs and moved to a city, I have loved having the chance to explore a new city. Traveling is definitely a major hobby of mine, and I like to immerse myself in different ways of life through photography, cooking classes, and sports. I am excited to meet everyone and start this next adventure!

I am Oliver Bustos, a recent graduate of Babson College with a concentration in real estate. Currently, I work full-time in real estate wholesaling, operating across various states. I am passionate about my field and enjoy bringing a fresh and enthusiastic approach to each project. Beyond my professional life, I am an avid adventurer who loves rock climbing and hiking, always seeking new challenges and experiences. In my leisure time, I enjoy immersing myself in books and movies, some of my favorites include "The Witcher," "Dragon Ball Z," and the Percy Jackson series. I am excited to share my knowledge and passion with our scholars this summer.
